Blackjack joins High Limit in Wheatland; WoO Knoxville double highlights coming agenda

GRAIN VALLEY, Mo. (April 20, 2026) - “Blackjack” Brian Brown and Brian Brown Racing continue to make gains, and although the Grain Valley, Missouri, ace was just short of a top-ten Saturday night at Lucas Oil Speedway in Wheatland, Missouri, his High Limit Racing appearance was solid from start to finish, eventually capping the 30-lap contest in the 12th position.

Brown, driver of his own Casey’s, FVP, Andy’s Frozen Custard, Wilkerson Crane Rental, Impact Signs Awnings and Wraps, Mountain Dew, Ditzfeld Transfer, Ditzfeld Container Services, No. 21 sprint car, started 14th at the “Diamond of Dirt Tracks,” earning his way into the big dance via third-place outcome in his respective heat race - he started fifth.

“Overall, a pretty solid night for our Casey’s | FVP team at Lucas Oil Speedway,” Brown mentioned. “At one time, it was one of my better tracks, but as of recently, it’s been one of my worst tracks. We’re going to be there a few more times later this year, so we were excited to get there and turn some laps. We didn’t unload all that great. Made some improvements, but maybe not quite good enough for qualifying. Ended up making the adjustments that I needed for the heat race which helped me get to third. We didn’t make a ton of changes for the A…probably left it alone a little too much. Regardless, a solid night. Helps us to know that we are going in the right direction.

“Pumped to get back to Knoxville Raceway this weekend…like a kid on Christmas morning,” Brown added. “Big weekend in general…Outlaws, plus the locals, plus all of the High Limit invaders. If you’re a sprint car driver anywhere in this region, you’re going to be there, and I’m sure the fans will, too. Looking forward to a great event. Would love nothing more than to be in winning contention the entire weekend.”
